Now housing the Bookmill and Lady Killigrew’s Cafe, among other businesses, this 19th century gristmill has been used for many things over the years. This painting was taken from a photo I took in 1980 when the dam, and the mill pond behind it were still there. The stream flows free since the dam was breached.
